Terms of Use

The rules for using Minnow Street — explained plainly: each section starts with a short "In plain terms" summary.

Updated: July 15, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

In plain terms: These are the rules for using Minnow Street. By using the site, you accept them.

These Terms of Use apply to minnowstreet.com, including all subpages, tools, and email publications. Minnow Street is operated by TM Internetmarketing GmbH, Seestraße 16, 71638 Ludwigsburg, Germany ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What Minnow Street Is

In plain terms: A research publication on small stocks — deep dives, a screener, a newsletter. We may change or retire features at any time.

Minnow Street is an editorial research publication. We publish deep dives, articles, and market overviews, and we provide tools such as a stock screener, a watchlist, and an email newsletter. There is no entitlement to any particular feature or scope of service; we may change, restrict, or discontinue any part of the offering at any time.

3. Accounts

In plain terms: Provide honest information when you register, keep your password secret — and you can delete your account yourself at any time.

Some features require a user account. Information provided during registration must be truthful. Keep your login credentials secret and do not share them with third parties. You can delete your account at any time in the account settings.

4. Free Service

In plain terms: Minnow Street is free today. If we ever introduce paid products, you will see the price clearly before anything costs you money — and nothing is ever charged retroactively.

Use of Minnow Street is currently free of charge. Should we introduce paid products in the future, their price, term, and payment terms will be shown clearly before any purchase, and a payment obligation will arise only through an explicit order. No retroactive payment obligation arises for offerings that are free today.

5. Not Investment Advice

In plain terms: Everything on this site is information and food for thought — not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. The decision is yours.

All content on Minnow Street — including deep dives, ratings, screener results, metrics, newsletters, and tools — is journalistic information and general education only. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, and not a solicitation of any transaction. We are not a broker-dealer or registered investment adviser, and we do not know your personal circumstances (goals, risk tolerance, time horizon, taxes) — so we cannot and do not take them into account. Our research is meant to prompt your own work, not replace it. Every analysis ends the way we mean it: the decision is yours.

We disclose our own positions in covered companies on the page "Our Ratings Explained", and every affected deep dive carries a clearly visible notice at the top.

6. Investment Risk

In plain terms: Stocks can lose value — small stocks especially. Never invest money you cannot afford to lose.

Investing in securities carries risk, up to and including total loss. Small-cap stocks in particular can be illiquid and highly volatile. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. You alone are responsible for your investment decisions and for any losses that result from them.

7. Data Quality and Sources

In plain terms: Our metrics come from external sources. They can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong — always double-check important numbers yourself.

Metrics, prices, and company data come from external sources (fundamental data services and SEC filings such as annual reports (10-K) and quarterly reports (10-Q)). This data can be delayed, incomplete, or erroneous. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any data, analysis, or calculation on this site.

8. No Warranties

In plain terms: The site is provided as is.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Minnow Street is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including, without limitation, warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

In plain terms: We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. Beyond that, our liability is limited — in particular, we are not liable for investment losses.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and wherever liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any losses arising from the use of this site or from reliance on its content, data, or analyses — in particular not for investment losses. In cases of simple negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential obligations (obligations whose fulfillment makes proper use of the service possible in the first place and on whose observance you may rely), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for a service of this kind.

10. Independence and Disclosures

In plain terms: Nobody pays us for coverage or for a favorable verdict. Where authors own shares of a covered company, we say so openly.

We receive no compensation from covered companies or from third parties for producing research or for its slant; we choose which companies to cover on purely editorial grounds. Individual authors may hold positions in covered companies — we disclose these on the page "Our Ratings Explained" and with a visible notice at the top of every affected deep dive. Should we ever use labeled partner links, they have no influence on our research or ratings.

11. Intellectual Property

In plain terms: Feel free to read and use this site privately. Scraping, copying, or reselling content and data is not allowed.

All content, deep dives, data compilations, and tools on this site are protected by copyright or database rights. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted. Not permitted are, in particular, systematic or automated extraction (scraping), the reproduction of substantial parts of the datasets, and their transfer or resale to third parties.

12. Availability and Termination

In plain terms: We do our best to keep the site up, but we can't promise it. You can stop using it anytime; we may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

We strive for high availability but do not owe uninterrupted accessibility; maintenance, development work, or outages can lead to temporary restrictions.

You may stop using the service at any time, delete your account, and unsubscribe from any email publication via the link it contains. We may terminate user relationships with 7 days' notice by email and may suspend or terminate accounts immediately in cases of abuse.

13. Changes to These Terms

In plain terms: Whenever we change these Terms, the date of the current version is always shown here.

We may change these Terms with effect for the future, for instance when new features or products are added. The current version, with its date, is always available on this page; we archive older versions and provide them on request. By continuing to use the site after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

In plain terms: We operate from Germany, so German law applies. If one clause turns out to be invalid, the rest remains in force.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you use this site as a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the place where you habitually reside remain unaffected. Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
